Aladin Stripe is a unique, and easy to use ribbed acoustic profile, designed with timber frame building in mind. It comes in two variations to give excellent practical performance.
Improved soundproofing by up to 4 dB (in accordance with EN ISO 140-7) thanks to the innovative composition of the mixture, and reduced application thickness (between 3 and 5mm). Extruded EPDM foam mix is optimised to improve soundproofing based on typical wood structure loads. The two variations are:
Aladin Stripe Soft: compact extruded EPDM
Aladin Stripe Extra Soft: expanded EPDM. High chemical stability, VOC-free.

Thanks to the EPDM mix, the product can compensate for the expansion of wood or of building materials in general.
In addition, it is precut to obtain 4 different widths from only two versions. Only a dry installation is required, and can be undertaken with mechanical fastening.
The product has been highly tested by the Industrial Research Centre of the University of Bologna in accordance with EN ISO 10848. Footstep noise reduction verified and approved experimentally by Holzforschung Austria.
